Our retirement from the restaurant
David and I sold Loch Bay Seafood Restaurant to Michael and Laurence Smith in January 2016. Michael obtained a Michelin Star in 2017 for Loch Bay Restaurant which was obviously very exciting for all concerned. To people who don't know Stein village, our cottage is very close to this fabulous restaurant! The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday for dinner and open for lunch on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Booking as always is essential. Winter opening times are different and worth checking their web site.
We are continuing to enjoy our retirement.
At the risk of sounding deeply unoriginal we most certainly will be back! A fabulous first visit to Skye, made all the better by a perfect cottage, which was like home from home and the best restaurant we've eaten at in a long time. Thank you...
